Posted: November 17, 2000 Written by: Tuan "Solace" Nguyen Drive Properties and Controls Both drives have the ability to detect disc manufacturer and you can adjust spindown time, read speed, and other features via the drive properties page in My Computer.  Using the properties panel, you can tell firmware revision and other useful information about your drive.  With the Settings panel, you can adjust audio output levels, drive speed, and AudioFS which let’s you rip audio tracks straight into you computer by simply dragging and dropping files from you writer to your hard drive.
