Hanes premium boxer-briefs when I'm wearing dress slacks or feeling the sexy time coming on. Hanes premium boxers for weekend lounging. 100% cotton socks for fucks sake. Sweaty feet are the enemy. AAA T-Shirts. 3 for $15. Bedding is also 100% cotton. Who the fuck thought polyester/blends were good for bedding? Fucking sweating balls by morning.
Lol I never pictured any of you as brand chasers..... I don't care what brand my clothes are as long as they fit well and feel good that's all I care about. I've only ever bought underwear from LA Senza though for some weird reason.
I wear Duluth Trading Company Buck Naked Boxer Briefs. Insanely comfortable, and they seem to last a long time. I also wear their blue jeans. They are very durable and I love that I can squat down or bend over without getting pinched in the gonads! ~Will Courtier~
Oh, and it's been another great month! I already have 5 cars sold for the month, and earned a $1000 bonus for selling them all before the 15th. That's on top of all other pays and commissions. I think I might have found the career for me! ~Will Courtier~
So, I just got setup with an incredibly versatile Customer Relation Manager software that will allow me to keep info from every one of my customers. I'll also be able to draw data from my sales showing how many of each model of vehicle I sell, how much I made off of each sale, and all sorts of other info. It's 100% legal, secure, and will allow me to build up and keep info for every customer. I also learned yesterday that I've sold the most cars as anyone else in our dealership so far this month.... Just gotta hope that I can keep up the momentum! ~Will Courtier~
The sales associate my wife and I call "our" saleman, uses database software like that. He never misses sending birthday cards or holiday cards ever. We've purchased 6 brand new cars and three A1 used vehicles from him over a span of 20 years. Now he's retiring/working part time.
To start my own dealership, or take my customers to another dealership if I should transfer to another dealership. ~Will Courtier~
Any lot techs, service techs or any other employees fuck up your dealership CSR on a sale you made yet? The reason I will never work at another dealership is the damned CSR system (customer service rating). It can cost you your job and all a customer has to do is be a naturally born dickhead/cunt, be a normal customer in a pissy mood (they're at the dealership... they're not happy), or just be one of those fucktards who agrees they got great service but doesn't give out 5 star ratings out of "principle". More than that, if 5 employees doing different jobs (sales, tech, lube tech, detail, lot porter) touch the car before the customer gets it and the last (lowest paying kid... the lot porter) fucks up somehow, all 5 take the CSR hit. It's fucking bullshit.
Yep, I did everything to make a customer happy but he was upset with the finance department. Slaughtered me on my survey. But, everything that he was upset about was COMPLETELY out of my control (he was pissed at the finance manager). We get a $750 penalty taken out of our commission checks for every negative survey. I've learned that if I think they will give me a bad survey, then I will make a mistake in copying down their e-mail address (or write in a friend's e-mail address). It's better to have no survey at all than to have a negative one. ~Will Courtier~
That's a shame about a penalty. Negative reinforcement is not a good management strategy. A Better way would be to incentivize the entire service team with bonuses if you hit a "5" across everything. Much more likely to think of yourselves as a team instead of X department or Y department. JH
It's the perfect policy for management/ownership in a high turnover field. Allows them to pay their employees less and the disgruntled ones leave on their own accord reducing unemployment insurance rates.
