If you aren't sure how to install a video card we a handy how-to guide you can read here EXPERTool On the included drivers CD you will find an included utility called EXPERTool. EXPERTool is a display control and desktop utility. Using EXPERTool you can change your resolution, change power-saving options and even overclock through a button on the system tray. The EXPERTool panel Changing my desktop settings Overclocking made easy… there is even a preset! Video In/Out Sporting the same Phillips chip as competitors Asus and MSI, the GeForce3 PowerPack!!! does a great job of capturing live video. Using just the included software and cables I was able to hook my VCR up and capture clips with ease. The quality of video I was capturing was pretty nice but the VCR wasn’t helping any. Using the included Ulead VideoStudio I was then able to cut apart and edit the footage I had captured which I could later output back to tape. Video Out is just as simple to use and the quality seems about on par with other Nvidia cards on the market. The Video in/out module is a fairly impressive feature that didn’t seem to impact the price any. |
