The front Panel is easliy removed by pressing on 6 tabs, one of which you can see in this picture. The front USB/Firewire panel is attached her, and secured with what looks like hot glue. I can't see a benifit of using this over say, epoxy, except epoxy bonds plastic and the "welds" can become brittle over time. In any event, this is just an observation, and doesn't affect my opinion of the case. One thing that stands out is the fact that the connections for the front panels are single, not separate like the end you connect to the motherboard. Having this connector on both sides of the cable would certainly make installing it easier.
Taking a closer look at the fans, you can see that they are mounted into the assembly without screws. This saves time, and the fact that the assembly is plastic reduces noise. The fans are very quiet. To remove the fans, pull out towards the font of the case, until the rear of the mount click out of the case, then pull the whole assembly towards yourself, using the back of the fan rather than the handle. It will take a little bit of strength, as the fan assembly fits tightly in the case. The fan sits in the assembly and is held in place by tabs that put pressure on it. Each fan is wired with additional length, which measures about 12 to 14 inches, and a male and female molex connector, so you can install them, and not waste a needed molex. This makes adding fans a simple task. The inclusion of the 3 fans is a nice touch.
