My only gripe about the case itself is that the front bezel is a real $#@%* to get off. You really have to yank the sucker to snap it off, which makes me feel as though I'm going to break it. After it is removed (maybe I'm just a weakling?) you just have to unscrew the thumb-screw and slide out the side panel to gain access to the guts of the box.

I've been through a few cases in my time, but AMK's 292-3333 has secured its place as my favourite. This thing runs damned cool inside with all the fans circulating the air. I've also installed a sixth fan in the back of the case (which I referred to earlier) for even more airflow. However, six fans comes at a price of a darn loud case. But you can always stick this puppy under your desk to mask some of the sound. Or hell, even invest in those fanbus/baybus units to control the noise, but that's beside the point.

I've even added the obligatory blue LEDs to the front ($3 or so from Radio Shack).

Conclusion

If you're willing to put up with noise from your computer case, I'd heartily recommend AMK's 292-3333 or another model from the same line. It would be nice to see the case ship with another power supply, though the Deer unit should be efficient for most people.

Good:
  • Good price
  • Excellent Cooling
  • Great looking design
  • Tool-free access
  • Screw-less
  • Quality material
  • Versatility
Bad:
  • Loud
  • Mediocre power supply
  • Front bezel tough to remove
The case can be purchased from AMK Services for $150 Canadian, which is about $100 US.
