We see the same percentage increases across the board so far. Nothing interesting here to note as all the increase is from the MHz speed rather than architecture improvements. ZD WinBench 99 CPUM/FPUM The following two benchmarks test the Athlon FPU and ALU units.   The Athlon benefits more in math related operations than anything from a MHz increase. Here we see that floating-point operations gain from the new speed. Integer goes up almost by the same percentage as floating-point. |
