Posted: December 19, 1999 Written by: Chris Burek Introduction Being somewhat of an audio enthusiast for numerous years, it's always a joy when a new speaker system arrives in my test lab for evaluation. Personally, computer speakers are my choice products to critique, because computer audio is still in its infancy, and watching it progress has become of interest to me. Advent's AV 390PL isn't a new speaker system, in fact, it's been available for about a year now, but after reading many positive remarks about it, we wanted to put the system through its paces ourselves.
