Installation

Installing memory is probably the easiest of all computer maintenance operations anyone could execute within their machine, with Crucial this notion remains the same. It is worthy to note that while this memory is not sold in dual-channel compliant packs there is nothing against installing it in such configurations within those systems that support it. The best advice would be in fact that - if you are buying this type of product its total performance will only be achieved in a dual-channel setup, hence it is worthy to make its home a motherboard baring this specification. Installation is a breeze and destined for completion in 30 seconds or less, a period of time we feel most users will need for this activity. Once installed and after confirming the DIMM's are securely in place there is little other to do than powering on the system.
