Analysis The Voodoo5 is late, and 3dfx admits it. But had it come out a year earlier, it would have gained much more momentum than what it has currently. It’s not to say that it’s a bad card -- it isn’t. It’s just late, and while being late, it still manages to keep up with the GeForce 256s. We believe that’s where the Voodoo5 6000 will come in. Hopefully it will truly rescue 3dfx. |
