I'm just minimally employed and have to start paying back my student loans soon. I really love the tradition though, so I'll probably suck it up and do it again this year. Haha! I don't want to derail this thread, but yeah, I have a portfolio of my work that I might have posted things from on here. I mostly write short stories and flash nonfiction (B.A. in English - Creative Writing) and I'm also an avid photographer. Unfortunately, that portfolio only represents a small amount of my work since I've been busy lazy about it post-graduation. My most recent writing endeavor is a blog where I recreate bizarre recipes from vintage cookbooks, but I've also blogged about backyard gardening for the last two years. Just as cool as Fiddy's adventures, right? And, as Kain said, one of my photos made it as the cover of the literary journal, Aerie. Watch out though, it's kinda NSFW. I heard of at least one instance where a copy was confiscated by a professor who thought it was porn. Anyway, enough whoring myself out. Back to Secret Santa!
