    For some people that are subject to get depressed and anxious, a lack of nutrients (which happens when eating too much fast food) is just a big downer. I'm among these people.

    Likewise, that's partly why I don't eat fast foods and haven't for going on 24 years. Processed foods are the same deal, just read the ingredient labels....yuk!

    I'm totally down with weird ass meats as well. In fact, one of my favorite soups is made with pigs blood and large intestine.
