    Heh, not bad.

Ahh... god I hope that guy doesn't get elected... or die in office and leave that joke of a VP in charge.

I think you are missing the point. Nothing wrong with a rich president.

You would hope a man wanting to lead a nation, could be capable of leading his own business affairs. But hey, the president need only be a puppet anyway right? So as long as his 'staff' can do a good job with their hands up his backside

I think there's a lot of issues with rich presidents. They will never be able to feel with middle and lower class feels like. How can they lead them?

All politics’ aside, would you really want someone who wasn't capable of bettering the general populace financially trying to run a country? I see your point, and it is valid, but I would be extremely concerned as a voter if I knew that someone running for president wasn’t able to handle themselves financially.

With that said, just because your rich doesn’t mean you know what your doing financially, look at your current president, lol.

"It's over. It's over. It's over for the special interests," McCain promised. "We're going to start working for the people of this country."

This guy is so full of shit.

    I fucking hate politics.

I think Americans want America to fail to be honest. How can they vote for McCain?

Just because your views are biased based on liberal propaganda doesn't mean that the guys on the "other side" don't have their own beliefs that are just as viable as your own.

Since when does voting Republican mean voting towards the failure of our country? Relax cowboy, why the hell would voting for a fiscal conservative lead to the demise of America?

What makes McCain a fiscal conservative? That's a new one.

Does that mean Bush is a fiscal conservative as well?

You're assuming he doesn't know how many houses he has. Personally I think it was a bullshit, loaded question, and he just did a lousy job of deflecting it.

Politics is the art of bullshit, that fact is obvious now. I'm starting to believe this is a test to see how dumb people have become.

It was inflammatory and irrelevant, and he dismissed it clumsily.

At least his voting record is a relevant thing to question him about. A stranger asking me about my real estate holdings can kiss my ass.

It was a projected surplus. You can illustrate the numbers however you'd like to make it look as though Bill Clinton was an economic godsend, but we were still in debt even then.

But is it a loaded question?

If I asked you how many cars you owned would you stumble and try to avoid it?

Get over it McCain lovers, he's a douchebag puppet trying to leave a legacy at 72 years old.

But he is running for president, you can't really expect any kind of privacy when running for such an office and you better damn well know how to answer a simple question as the one he was asked. Yes, this is a very small incident in the grand scheme of things but I think it shows an underlying problem with who we nominate for president these days.

Every single politician would avoid questions that may shine a bad light on them. We the people have helped to make a prez race nothing short of a popularity contest. Yeah, we alow it to happen by our predjudices and our need to see something pretty in everything from the stuff we wipe our asses with, to the people we elect. Put an ugly, albeit very competaent, work-for-the-people candidate up against a polititian that "looks" attractive and can only promise what the othere candidate can and will deliver......and see who gets elected. Myself, I don't care anything about thier personal lives unless it happens to involve criminal behavior. Other than that criminality, I don't care what they do, have done, or is thinking about doing in thier personal affairs.....so long as they do what they were elected for. Any gripes about politialns and the political proccess are pointless. They only do it because "they can". (and it works)
