Need a new electric work/desk lamp that doesnt get hot

    anyone recommend a good attachable, mountable, or articulating desk lamp that puts out great light that isnt warm and doesnt put out heat?

    looking for some good cheap solution.
    lowes, home depot, target, etc, any retail outlet preferred

    i just would hate buying and returning crap until i find the right one.
