    Pretty neat, shows what happens when you race stock cars around a track for 40 minutes (melted tires, overheated engines etc.). Especially interesting is about 23:00 in to the video, they talk about 24 Hour endurance racing and you'll hear the guy preach about why the GT3-Porsches are so amazing. I am always amazed at the engineering I see in Porsches when we take them apart here at the shop, everything is so heavy duty, excess cooling everywhere etc.

    To be fair those cars cost quite a lot less than a Porsche GT3. I think the most expensive one is the NSX at around MSRP of 89K or so and I think the second most expensive was the M3 at 55K or so. A GT3's MSRP is $112,200.

    Yeah definitely. BUT-- compare those GT3s to Ferraris, Lambos, Aston Martin. It's the same story as the M3, NSX, Subaru etc.
