    That is an abscessed cyst, and one that needs medical attention. They likely gave him a serious infection by lancing it at home. About 8 years ago, I had a similar cyst removed and it required surgery.

    My question is how do you get such an enormous boil and not do anything about it sooner? Honestly, that must have been a 1/4 cup of puss that was festering in there, it must have hurt like hell.

    That's where I'm wondering WTF is going on. If you watch the end, the camera pans off the "cyst" and then that other girl says "ohhh.. ohhhhh...ohhhh" like they discovered something....
