24 today, but not feeling too god. I ran into some new people last night. I was just hanging out having a good time but apparently some dude had a problem with me. I dunno exactly what happened but he pretty much sucker punched me in the left eye. I was too shocked to even throw a punch back, then the girls started screaming because apparently my nose started bleeding. actually I think it was bleeding alot. anyway my left eye is swollen almost completely shut. this is ridiculous. no wonder I don't go out and try to meet new people.

thanks. the dude was really drunk and we were trying to get him to go to sleep. I was telling him he could crash at my apartment if he wanted ( we were at these girls apt) anyway yeah he got his. before I could even do anything his brother ran up to him and started beating the crap out of him. It's a good thing though because I was bleeding ALOT.

i didn't mention it, becuase it sucks too hard, but the girl i had been seeing is cheating on me. she has a boyfriend in another town. found out yesterday. woohoo. also went to the er today, my orbital socket floor has a closed fracture. i've gtta go to an opthamologist monday. I really really hope i sont need surgery
press charges, people need to stop touching other people. pressing charges will get the message across. Make a police report ASAP.

Yeah, press charges. If for no other reason than you don't want to be spending your money fixing this assholes temper tantrum. EDIT: You may want to consult with an attorney too. You should be compensated for your time, damages, etc.
I'm not big on pressing charges over drunken shit but since you needed medical care, you have a good reason. Sorry we weren't all there to jump this sucka. Happy belated birthday dude.
