those tribesmen seeing that airplane would be the equivalent of us seeing a real ufo. thats kinda mind blowing if you ask me. imagine dropping one of them in the middle of nyc, that would be the equivalent of the ufo dropping us off in the middle of their civilization.
I'll bet that they experience a better brand of contentment, and at the same frequency as the richest man in the world. It's a human relativity thing, only it isn't brought about by consuming material items.
I say we drop Flava Flav in there via a parachute with a very distant camera crew and call it "Flava of The Jungle." What a social experiment that would be!
Now that i think about it, this picture was posted once a while back and there was a discussion about people on the boards saying they wish they lived like that. I see how being screwed over as a consumer in a 'corrupt' government would make you want to live like a simpler person, if you would call these tribes 'simple'... Let's be honest here though, the way we see them is the way they see us. They're there to advance and whether they like it or not, they will.
This reminds me of that movie about the Christian missionaries who try to spread the gospel to some tribe in south/central America and get killed at the end. End of the Spear - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
no that would be probably way more off the charts for them, we have been exposed to the idea of aliens our whole lives, these guys just see a plane cruise by and go "what the fuck?! kill it!"
lmao at the flava flav idea, he'd get spear headed so quick lmao, or look at him like a god with all that flashy shit and clock now theyre going to draw stick men and flying machines on cave walls. centuries go by, our current civilization dies and erodes to nothing, new generations of people are formed and archeologists find these marking of "ufo-like" machines. does this sound familiar?
They'd treat him (flava) like capt Jack Sparrow.......................or they'd kill him and eat him, one of the two.
