I read or heard somewhere some woman got trapped gas in her back! i was like wtf, that sounds like it hurts like hell.. has anyone heard of this? i tried researching it but couldnt come up with anything, but i clearly remember hearing about this. How could gas get trapped up into your back anyways? lol.
I know that when one gets the 'bends', nitrogen eeks out of your cells and blood and gets trapped in your joints....maybe it's something along those lines. I imagine any blood gasses can do it. You're right, sounds painful.
I stumbled upon your post while searching for info on that topic. I have been suffering from what I believe to be the same problem as that lady you speak of . You are correct the pain at onset nearly drove me to my knees. It is definitely weird science, what started as a mild pain in my side traveled up the center of my back and just stayed there. It has been four days the first day was terrible I could hardly work , I came home got in my massage chair for awhile, and that helped diminish the pain (Shiatsu) but it is still there to a lesser degree it is more of a nuisance now. I will seek medical attention if it is not gone in a few days. I'm going to continue searching the web for a solution today.
