    T2 or T3

Wow, talk about a lot of similarities. But T2 is a great movie, T3 is a decent movie.

So, who is excited about Terminator Salvation?

I liked both, probably prefer T2. Hard for me to be objective about it as I was young and excited when T2 came out. At the time that movie was the shit, in terms of special effects and all that.

T2 is a classic. T3 was OK, but not great.

Salvation looks good, but I'm not rushing to see it. My girlfriend has never seen a Terminator movie so I fear I'll have to explain everything.

Mega, mega stoked about the new Terminator movie.

PS - Comparing T2 and T3 is like comparing the original saga to episode one.

T2 is the best action movie yet made. T3 is an abomination.

its funny how the special effects look better in T2 on those pictures then T3.

Real special effects VS CGI for the most part I guess.

T2 is one of my favorite movies, I also really like T1, I did not like T3 at all. I hope salvation is good.

T3 has zero re-watch value. I have seen T2 a countless number of times and it is still awesome and would watch it again.

T3 is one of those movies that basically is nothing more than an overpriced plot exposition for future stories in the timeline. The psychological elements of the interaction between human and machine could have carried the movie, but the "Actornator" would have been required to actually... act, and be the mechanical version of Mr. Spock for John Connor's Captain Kirk...

T2 is definitely a classic! T3 was... mediocre. T4? I like Bale, and Nolan redid the script, but I'm not gonna hold my breath.

See, while I didn't love T3 I didn't think it was all that bad. I guess I need to give it another viewing. Like Ali said, I never bothered to watch it again. Whereas T2 I've seen like 20 times.

I don't get all the hate for T3. Was it a classic like T2? Hell no, but it was still better than a large portion of the action flicks that come out these days.

T2 is one of my favorite movies though. And I like the directors cut a lot more, because it goes a little deeper with the relationship between John Conner and the Terminator, which I find very interesting.

Now I want to watch it tonight.

    Me too!

I prefer the original cut of the film myself. That whole Sarah and Reese moment drives me crazy. It just goes on forever.

T3 was meh at best. T2 is still awesome, though. I think T3 could've been executed a lot better than it was.

T2 was indeed fantastic. Oddly enough, I don't even remember a T3, let alone seeing it.

Also, looking forward to Bale in T4, he became a favorite of mine after Equilibrium, and his youtube rant form the T4 set is epic.
