If you are a fan of Prince of Persia series; the new one will be coming out December 10. I played all previous three of them back to back, the game was awesome, if you can get in acrobatics and traps. The game should keep you at the edge. i played all three as well, love them!!! all on xbox, i need to buy a ps3 or 360 just to play this one can you still control time in this one???
Yeah those three were really awesome. Kept me at the edge of my seat. Even with the power to control time, the game was filled with traps that even with time are killers. The new game they didnt make prince have alot of power but they gave Elka alot of magical powers, that you get to choose what you unlock. some faq I probably will get it when it comes out since i am a pretty big fan of POP series. And the new POP is going to be open world.
i watched some of the other trailers online and the game play looks killer, only the narrator said you start out with all the moves and your sword is not upgradable, i sorta liked in the second one being able to pick up a second weapon and being able to throw it and the chain in the third was just really kick ass
Dang! i didnt know the new one we cant pick up weapons. I enjoyed throwing them at the enemy and doing a special to decapitate them. I enjoyed finding all the hidden weapons in the second one too. In the third one they had special move for diff weapons, was pretty cool too. The chain was just fun when slaughtering huge masses. The fight in the new one looks interesting. Being able to tag team should be fun, and if they gave any areal special move that be interesting. Be nice if they put more chariot races in this one, i enjoyed driving the enemies in the wall, at what seem like 40mph. LOL.
Just picked up a copy of new POP. Going to install and try it out, see if it live up to the name of previous POP. EDIT: One of my main system that has 4870 1gb card, not running the game. It loads and the game screen just flashes/blinks. On my gaming notebook with 9800m gts, the game runs flawlessly. May be they will patch it or some thing in future.

I am playing through it right now. This is the first POP game I have played and I find it extremely fun jumping around like a monkey on crack. A few things I don't understand, does the main character ever die? That lady just saves him every time. I understand the game would be unplayable if you fell every time but on the flip side, never dying? Maybe I just haven't gotten far enough to start dying, i dont know.
No main character cant die but every time he fall he go back on previous platform. And in fights he get saved but the other side gain life. This new one is nothing compare to the Older 3 series. If you can get you hands on the Older 3 POP series. Those are even more fun. And much more difficult of games with complex traps everywhere. The Two Throne, chariot race is just alot of fun. Unlike the new POP, in the previous POP, the prince get power to manipulate time, and still get shredded in traps or squashed LOL.
I'm about halfway through the main quest and getting most of the light seeds, and this game is awesome. If you time everything right, its like a goddamn acrobatics show.
