After quite a bit of work, James finished the installation of the first TechArt noselift kit in the US here at our shop. It's a complicated product and requires some serious work to install, but once it's in, it's sure a nice one: YouTube - TechArt noselift kit on 700HP Porsche @ SharkWerks Porsches sit low, and have a long nose that overhangs in the front. Also, many owners lower their car or upgrade to a more aggressive front lip, and it's just unavoidable that it's destroyed by entering/exiting driveways and city driving. I'd guess of the cars w/ low lips (GT3s, RS, Turbos etc) nearly 100% that enter our shop with even a couple hundred miles on the odometer have a damaged lip. Edit and now... The competition, Cargraphic airlift kit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JbtTDTmZryI
$6000 for the parts. I am not sure about the installation, but it'd probably be $1000 or so (guessing).
No, you can press the button anytime. But over 40 MPH it doesn't do anything. And if you accelerate past 40, it will automatically lower the car.
I just wanted to make sure people knew that the Shark is fine. It broke a pectoral fin but is otherwise just fine.
ZOMG made another video today. We had a lot of fun and I recommend you definitely watch this one This one shows the competitor's version. This one's also quite a bit cheaper though: YouTube - Cargraphic airlift kit on Porsche 997 Twin Turbo @ SharkWerks
