Got 3 new pistols (these aren't actual pictures of mine). Haven't gone shooting with any of them yet

Colt Series 80 Gold Cup National Match 45
this thing has a crazy hair trigger on it. Its a really nice competition pistol, worth ~$1k it looks like. I am thinking I will either sell it, or trade it for a nice rifle (niceass springfield maybe). i already have a glock 23 that i like a lot more than 1911s (never shot a competition model though.) It looks like that one, except the grips have been changed out to black. the serial puts it in the early 90s for manufacture I believe

Mine is like that, except no medallion on the grip, and the trigger, hammer and the cylinder release are a mellow gold color. this one needs to be cleaned up a little. the cylinder doesnt spin too well and the trigger catches a little. the wood is in perfect condition though

    S&W 44 magnum
mine looks exactly like that. not much more to say.

anywho, I will report back after i get a chance to go to the range

the revolvers have gotten me obsessed with cowboys, so now I want to do this:

Did you buy all of these? Inherit them? What?

I love the .45, but I'm surprised a 1911 would go for over a grand. Nice gunnage.

Bought em off my dad. He has never fired any of them, so he didn't care
Not positive on that price. I googled around a bit to see. It looks like its one of the top gold cup models, so that may explain why.

I am going to start a damn militia

Honestly I've never been a fan of revolvers.

I was thinking about buying a new gun the other day, then I went out and bought me a different toy.... Pictures to come :p

I went to Big5 today to get Mosin. Turns out their not selling it anymore, and the last ones from here to San Diego were bought 2 hours before I got there. I had been debating buying that gun for a long time, and finally decided to go ahead and do it. Now they're sold out. /wrists

The reason I chose Big 5 is because they were dumping them for $80 a pop. Anybody know where to get one for a good price now?

I got a hand select Hex receiver from here for $79.99 with $16 shipping. I had to send to it an FFL for transfer, it cost me $35 with background check. IF the BATFE sends my paperwork I will have my C&R FFL so I can get these things shipped to my house, plus you get discounts at many online places, for a $30 license it isnt bad, kinda like a sam's/costco card for gun nuts lol

tex those gun are awesome! But you said pix are not yours and you need to post your own pix! I want Mosin Nagint too.

I didnt but a gun in last three months at least. Maybe longer! But i did get something cool that is not realy gun. I got Lage max-11 for one of my m11. This thing is sick! I never had MP5 but my buddy does and I fire mp5 all the time from other people. This is more controlable in full auto and i got it all for less than $4K including the m11 from the start! It is so smooth. Here it is one of my m11 with Lage upper and my gemtech viper silencer. This thing is more quiet on full auto than my glock 19 with AAC can. Even on full auto it is more quiet than any i heard except for .22. Almost silent full auto! I use fiochi 158 gr susbsonic for plinking and 147 grain subsonic hollows point for serious refridgerator killing! It is the cheap red dot i use on my .22 upper for M16 before. I am putting on cmore railway.

It is easy to get, the BATFE is backlogged, they have been since the election. But it is simple to get, if you can get a handgun you can get this FFL. You have to keep a "bound book" but that is all, you have to keep track of all of your guns in this book, but only the guns you purchased with your C&R. You can also be audited by the BATFE but you can take your book to them and they will do it, they dont have to come to your house like with a dealers license

Some of those C&R discounts are huge. Ship direct is huge plus. And a lot of time has passed since machineguns so many are C&R now. Most peoples think C&R machingun for states that dont allow machingun. But there is more. C&R NFA items like machineguns can be transported interstate at will with no notification to ATF or anybody. If you follow GOPA rules.

Didn't you post about your 'guns' before and they were all airsoft?

    (or was that someone else?)

I don't think pencil's stuff is airsoft, but if so lol. Though the thought of him with fully automatic weapons is a bit scary. :???:
