    heres the situation.

since i dont have a wireless adapter for this phat 360, and i dont wanna run a new ethernet wire to my router i want to direct connect xbox to pc for internet access.
my pc only has one ethernet port so i added a 10/100 pci card.
ive got a legit crossover cable connected between 360 and pc.

what variables should i put in for the pci card's ipv4 manual settings?
    what variables for the xbox?

currently my home network is a basic manual static setup 192.168.1.1xx, 255.255.255.0, 192.168.1.1, etc etc

Just buy a cheap hub so you can split the connection.

i cheapskated on all yallss asses. though good suggestions.

    a 6ft xover cable from monoprice+other shit i needed, like.. <$1
had to enable ics on win7, and change some settings, had the wrong gateway address n some other shit.

BRB transferring games to 360 at ~14mbps, etc etc
    BRB internet through pc
    BRB no wireless bullshit
    BRB no extensive wiring
BRB slower than usb external drive, but whatevs. cheap solution until i get a nice external hdd, or laptop hdd.
