My mom illustrated a book

    For the last year my mom's been working as an illustrator on a children's book. It finally just came out recently. This her first illustrated book and she's going to be doing a few more for the author as well.

    She actually got starting from selling painted rocks on ebay. She would get big rocks from the Naugatuck River and some other rivers, paint them, and sell them on ebay. Then she was contacted by the authors of the book who asked her about illustrating a children's book for them.
