yea, so has anyone used this stuff before? or any scar creams? i bought this shit at walgreens for $30!! fucking $30 for this shit. i saw it on tv and thought it might be about $7-8.. hell to the no. supposed to be good stuff. but its a small 50g tube thats supposed to last, hopefully, for 8 weeks. applying 3-4 times a day. Im sure i'll run out because my cuts are about 10in in total its got cepalin in it which is an extract from onions that promotes softer scar tissue and better appearance. i fucking hate scars, i hate the way they look, i hate them on women.. its unattractive to me. what about you all? women, you like men with scars?

That's robbery buddy. You'll get the same result with cheaper creams or by taking care of your skin with ordinary skin cream

i've actually heard good things about mederma. my friend used it when she took out her eyebrow piercings and you couldn't even see the scars afterward. i'll have to take a pic of my latest scar. 350 degree pan out of the oven! woohoo! and scars are sexy...
Work in a busy kitchen and you'll get a lot of those I've got so many gross scars from burns, hot oil splashing on me, grabbing hot pans, hands on the grill... worst one was from someone who closed the oven door on my arm while I was grabbing something for him. Yeesh
Ah... the woman's domain! I KEED! I've really got only three noticeable scars: Appendectomy. That's my lower right abdomen, right above my waistline. Not the most flattering picture, I know. One on my left hand from a freak childhood incident. It's from my big toe nail. *shrug* I fell. And this one on my right arm has a funny story as well. I was running around outside with my dog, racing around the yard. I beat him back to the garage. He jumped up and nipped me. Sore loser. The only time he's ever bitten somebody too...
I have one on my back where I got cut by a stick while playing at a young age. it's about 3 inches long. I have one on my right leg where a stick went through my leg. Then I have two on my left hand underneath my thumb from where my hand went into a table saw, I've also got the marks from the stitches.
Well... I got jumped back in 98 by two guys who REALLY wanted my wallet. Normally I would have just given it to them and said you won't get much out of it....but there is more to the story... I was going to college full time and working a full time job and a part time job... I had put in extra hours in both jobs for the few weeks prior to that check because I was saving up money to fly my best friend from Phoenix to Dallas for a few weeks (during winter break). I had just cashed the check and was heading home when they jumped me... They didn't know I had that money on me... they came from the opposite direction... I didn't have much say in any of it because as they were passing me one pulled his hand out of his jacket pocket and swung at me. I threw my arm up in a quick WTF?! type response and I didn't know that he had one of those short stubby screw drivers in his hand and had filed it into a little knife type thing... The scar left was about 7 inches but it's kinda hard to see now because of all of my freckles and it goes around my arm... By the time it was all said and done one of them had run off and I was holding the other one down when the police showed up. I got to keep my money :grin:!!!! Here is the scar as best as I can get of it... I have a bunch on my back from when I was a kid and my Mom got into a car accident and a bunch of glass cut me up... And I have one on my right cheek (face cheek, not ass cheek) from when I was two...I shoved a wire hanger into a dogs ear (from what I was told) and it grabbed me by my face, then drug me around a bit... There were more scars but the only one left is on my cheek...and its about an inch long... Every time I try to get a pic of it though it doesn't come out...because I have a shitty camera and nobody else who can take the pic for me...
Do your surgical scars look like lumps or more like cuts? If they look like lumps, you get get these shots from the doctor that push the scar now and reduce color. I don't recall what it's called but they have steroids in them. I get them all the time for my scars.
My little sister got a birthmark on her chin removed because it was cancerous. She used that and it worked really well, it was about an inch long scar and you can barely tell it was there. I LOVE scars. I love the way they feel
I have all sorts of scars. My knuckle caps are all scarred, from slamming into things while working. I removed the skin over my first knuckle on my right middle finger from slamming into a band-it strap. I had a wart removed from my right arm inside of my elbow. I also had a boil on my left forearm that left a pretty cool scar. I have a scar right between my eyes from scraping into something while cleaning at work. Plus I have numerous scars all over my fingers and hands from cuts, scrapes, and burns. ~Will Courtier~
aranoid: im not a big fan of scars, but i have 2 pretty decent ones (one on my forearm from cooking when i was 12 and one on my back from having a mole removed) so I can't really complain. The one on my forearm is actually pretty cool... it's heartshaped and has a freckle perfectly placed on it. Picture to follow.
