So I've never, ever used a mac before, ever. I got the idea of installing Mac OSX Leopard, but I don't know if its like the version of Linux I tried like 8 years ago, will mac OS's work with normal hardware, is the file system different? I know about windows, I know nothing about Macs.

Although "officially" OS X is only meant to work on Apple computers, there are patched versions of the operating system available online (ThePirateBay, etc) that work on many newer, non-Apple computers.

    What are your system's specs?

Yeah, not sure if the OSX hack will run on an AMD platform. I vaguely remember it had to be Intel Core 2 Duo.

It will, in the past I've used the Kalyway release with an AMD patch. Optionally, you can check out the Hackint0sh forums as they've had several releases since then and most just require a kernal patch before installing.
