I jumped on the HoN bandwagon when both these games came out. Never even tried League of Legends. Ill give it a try soon.
Triple post!! I finally tried it on the weekend. Super fun game. They have done alot of things right, a bit dumbed down compared to DotA or HoN, at least at the start. The match making seems to work well though. The limited heroes is a nice change. I know the 80+ different heroes in the other games made it pretty intimidating for new players.
