thatd be shit for just beating someone up. good lord. but also, PA does have a LOT of white people. i have family in culver, i dont think ive seen any nonwhites there before. they're all racist too, but thats probably because they're old and crazy... goofy old people aside - my grandmother who is half braindead (literally - she had a partial labotomy because of brain cancer) calls my cousin's black lab "******-dog" in front of god and everyone, and my grandfather just laughs. somehow all of my relatives from PA & OH are super racist and all my southern relatives are not (that actually is how i have generally seen it though, despite stereotypes of the south being racist) dude, i am convinced you wish you were born a minority.

Well when issues of race are discussed, it's not like I'm going to start waving a Klan flag around, I'm going to say what I believe to be the truth. But I guess as soon as you point out that America has a long history of racism, and that whites have gained quite a bit through that system, you are a 'race traitor' or a 'n1gger lover' or something. It was said half jokingly, but while we're on the topic of stupid... you push your poverty and racial empathy every chance you get. you dont have to embrace your whiteness/wealth, but don't go out of your way to reject it. we get it. i didnt see anyone saying race wasnt a motivation? nor that whites have gained a bunch through the system. i actually dont believe that comes up in regular conversation here. the closest it ever gets is along the lines that affirmative action is a crock of shit, black society is killing itself, etc.
Yeah of course whites have gained, but at what point can we stop using that as an excuse for what's happening right now? It's not like we're hoarding the money in a big "white's only" piggy bank. The money gets thrown around and our black brothers have an equal opportunity to reach out and get some of it. Education + hard work + land of opportunity = profit. I came from an uber-poor family so I've got zero tolerance for people who rail against "the system". In 2009 it's pretty much what you make of it.

No doubt. About 15 minutes from where I sit right now, a car of white kids lit up a car of black kids with an AK-47, killing one of them injuring another (4 kids in the car) and all they got was a misdemeanor charge. This was 4-5 months ago, I think. The worst thing is that no one in their district saw anything wrong with the ruling.
