Heya, I just got an Acer netbook with Windows 7 starter (I HATE that I cant change the desktop wallpaper) fuuuuck shit I just somehow changed the keyboard settings too how do I change É back to a question mark.....ÉÉÉÉÉÉÉÉÉ Alright so my original question waaaas about getting a little help with Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3 I really just want to edit photos and make pictures like my beautiful MS Paint pictures!!!!! If any of you know how to use the program I`d love you forever!!!!!!!
I don't know about Corel, but you should be able to go to 'keyboard' in control panel and adjust your options/settings.
Ignore me. I just tried to do it in vista for a bit and couldn't find it under keyboard. Makes sense since I haven't used the spanish keyboard in like 8 years.....
Start > Control Panel > Clock,Language and Region Under Region and Language click "Change keyboards or other input methods". "Click on the Keyboards and Languages" TAB. Click "Change Keyboards" button. In the General TAB, click on the "Default input language" drop-down menu. Select English (US).
