So my company provided me an HTC Sensation, so I'm rocking two Droids now. Digging around for some basic apps, any suggestions? In particular I'm looking for a good/cheap image editor. So far it's looking like PicSay Pro might suit my needs. Will likely buy Wolfram Alpha too.

    Anyway, throw out your favs.

Mighty Text-I use it all the time to send and receive text messages from my computer through my phone. Works awesome as long as on the same Wifi. :)
MyFitnessPal - Great way for keeping track of dietary intake. Millions of items in the database. Just scan the barcode and voila...it tells you the calories, fats, etc. and then put it in (I use it every day!)
Documents To Go (paid app) - Syncs to my google docs, dropbox, whatever...edit spreadsheets, docs, make presentations, etc.
LogMeIn (paid app) - Awesome way to get to my home PC or work PC from my phone.
Pomodroido - If you're into interval working, helps keep track of exactly that.
SMS Backup+ - Sync all texts to your gmail account. That way if you ever reset your device, evidence can still be found!

Tapatalk! To be honest I hadn't been posting from my Droids because I couldn't figure it out. So a paid app is the only answer? :(

How does the Metal Detector app work? I meant physically how can it work? It's like downloading a night vision app when your phone doesn't have night vision capability. The app doesn't take care of hardware.

mSecure excellent security program - great for storing passwords or other credit card info
cardstar - holds all those safeway rewards that let you scan it from your phone
DroidWall - tell which apps you want accessing the internet
Rainy Days - radar around you
    Google shopper
    Amazon price check
    QuickMark - QR code reader
    RSS Demon
xiia and winamp - online radio
Lookout security - kinda like antivirus for your phone
SeekDroid - wipe your phone remotely, or track it wherever it goes.

    Rooted phone:
Titanium pro - pro version is worth it
wifi tether - if you feel that the data you
File Manager, or Astro File manager
ROM Manager - especially for HTC

I personally have a few other games like shortyz crossword puzzles, a backpacker gps and maps, since google can only load what you cache when you are there, so if you lose service you have a gps location and no map, scoremobile and a terminal emulator, among the more notable apps I have.

EDIT: Instagram is pretty cool one also, as ivwshane said, speaking of, is that the same ivwshane from Hofo? I used to be over there a lot a long time ago.

I guess "Tech" questions aren't answered in this forum anymore. Christ no one knows how my phone can work as a Metal Detector.....even the guy using it?

The metal detector app works for my HTC Inspire. I d/l it because of this thread and I'm laughing every time I prove somebody wrong with it. Good times!
