i'm looking for a small wireless keyboard with an integrated mouse (trackball or something) to use with my media computer that's hooked up to my tv. right now, i just use a standard usb keyboard and mouse, which is not ideal as I have to get up to do anything. any recommendations? don't need anything special. i glanced at microsoft and logitechs website and didn't see anything.

thanks, lurker, that's exactly what I was thinking of.

i wonder, though, if just getting a remote control would be a better idea. i won't ever have to type anything and even if i did, i could leave the usb keyboard attached. i really would only need to be able to navigate windows with some sort of trackball to open my files and then play, stop, pause, etc the videos. i may look into that.

EDIT: have any recommendations on a a remote that will work with windows xp, have mouse capabilities, and can also have IR blaster capabilities to control a set top box?

i'll keep looking. i've seen some that work on Vista only but I don't want to put Vista on this box. I've already tried it and there is something funky about the video drivers and tv out that won't work. so that's not an option.

would the logitech harmony remotes do what I want to do?

here's what i want to do exactly. i have comcast digital cable with a set top box. i want a remote that can control the channels on that but also control my computer. i'm also going to have orb connected on my computer so i can stream my tv over the internet. so it needs to be able to do all that.

its the Harmony ONE i posted in for sale. its got some dead pixels though.

yea, it'll control everything as long as your pc has an ir sensor connected.
i havent used orb in a long time, but if you have an ir sensor connected to your pc, you should be able to send commands to the ir, to some software or to orb.

im saving up for the Nevo S70
