Not sure if anyone else notices this but dealerships swarm you with customer service surveys if you have any work done from the service center. here is an example from when I got my major repair done at honda:

    1. I was given a survey to fill out when I picked up my car and a prepaid envelope to mail it when I fill it out.
    2. When the driver brought up my car and gave me my keys he had me fill out a small survey.
    3. I was called for a follow up survey
    4. The person that called me sent me another survey via email to fill out.

    wtf?

They get bonus if you fill out there surveys, at least for the sales person who helped you. When my parents purchased are trailblazer thats all the guy talked about was filling out his survey so he could get his bonus.

I had a Mazda salesman who would give me a certain number of free tanks of gas for every positive survey I'd give him. :D
