It'sprobably just like the Conneticut H&R. nobody cared enough to get involved. I mean it, this world needs to be cleansed.
this man obviously has severe personal as well as psychological problems. I am in no way excusing his actions, which can only (at the very least) be described as horrendous, but there is definitely some kind of underlying problem here. I cannot think of anything, which would make an ordinary human being act this way.
