A girl on the Canadian soccer team stepped on a girls head on the US team.....I don't think that's 'doin it right'

I haven't been able to watch much of the olympics so I don't really have much of opinion but I think we should take our heads out of our assholes and win some more medals...

It's entertaining to keep medals count score, but I'm not really paying much attention to the games any more.

I watched more of the Olympics last night than I've seen in years - about 45 seconds. I just don't enjoy sports anymore, of any kind.

Personally I'm loving the Olympics this year, I've watched more than ever. Mostly because I have time and nice house and TV to watch on, but still I've really enjoyed it. At a bar last night here in Botswana, I watched the country win it's first medal ever surrounded by locals, it was a great moment.

Wait a sec, something just occurred to me - what in the hell happened to the farming stuff you were doing?

I'll bet that was cool. I'd have gotten all misty eyed for sure.

I left that farm like a month ago, my South African visa was expiring and I had to go!

It was never the plan to do that for many months, just until I had to leave SA. It is possible I will stay at anther farm farther up Africa before coming home though. I came to Botswana to ride a bike across the country. But preparing for that has been taking a long time. Plus, I'm having an awesome time here in Gaborone. Tonight I was hanging out on the college campus which was quite fascinating actually.

I'll be sad when the Olympics are over. Every day something great happens. It's on at the office and I turn it on when I get home, so I haven't missed much.

I just wish they'd air sailing once in a while. I haven't seen a single minute of it on tv yet.

Ah! Visa, gotcha. Just sounded like you were digging that lifestyle and then suddenly you were gone.

That's the impression I got too. I just chalked it up to 950 being a wayward soul! :p
