Thrustmaster Nascar Pro

Introduction

Thrustmaster has pretty much set the standards for PC gaming controllers. The Nascar Pro is no exception. The racing wheel is a very high quality product. You will think you're driving a real car. When you see this product on display at a store, you'll almost surely go play with it and indulge its realism.

The racing wheel is a heavy analog steering wheel with gas and brake pedals. The realistic resistance the wheel and pedals offer is incredible.

Installation

Installing the wheel is fairly complicated compared to a joystick. You must plug in the joystick connector, power on the computer, then install the included drivers and calibrate the wheel. Every time you remove the wheel you must calibrate it again.

The most frustrating part of the installation for me was the physical installment of the wheel itself. My desk only offers a few inches over my legs, so the wheel had to be forced into place. The keyboard is almost unreachable when the wheel has been fastened as well.
