Conclusion

If you're looking for a CD-R to back up files and copy audio CDs, this is a great bargain. The price/performance value is unbeatable. Some nice positive features of the 4801TE are the inclusion of a great CD-R program (Adaptec Easy CD Creator), it is very simple to use, and the installation is a breeze.

However, if you plan to copy games, don't go for this CD-R. Without support of DAO, you won't be able to copy games anywhere near as easily as it is with any other CD-R that supports it. Make sure to look for this feature when purchasing a CD-R.
