good god we stomped the hordies so hard in ab last night it was 3 min to cap all 5 points then 2 min later game over dont get me wrong, most hordies put up a good fight, but last night was just crazy how fast they rolled over
eredar, but you should roll alliance and we can take you to occupy the guild master tower in ogrimmar for 3 hrs, thats some fun times right there but ya you will find me camping ab for the next 2 weeks, i MUST get revered with them, damn nice rewards
yeah I got my rogue to 20 and a ranger to 26 they were both fun, and I lvoed my rogue, I miss my 18 wizard though he was the best.
man, no way you'd get away with that stuff on my server. the horde are generally better, most alliance can put up a fight though because everyone who does bg is geared, but they still get fucking rolled usually. we often beat all guild ally with just pugs.
No one even RPs. I went here cause a friend was here. And the community is better than the PVP servers.
Man, you've got that down. Seriously? Whats with trying to feel elite because you play on a PVP server? Its still wow, and to everyone that doesnt play wow, were all fucking nerdy. But if it inflates your e-persona's ego then go for it. My main char is on an RP realm.
I just tried out mind control for the first time tonight, its pretty tight. Someone recommend some places for me to fuck with horde by throwing them off cliffs. Its gotta be an area where there is plenty of sub lvl 30's since I can only mind control to lvl 32.
i've rolled on a rp server. i did a /who of all the horde 60s, there were 23 on at 5 in the evening. people just ran around yelling what they thought would be appropriate dialogue and "flirting."
Hmm, its not like that on my server. Wierdest thing I get is the occasional hard core RPers going all out with emotes, like theyre writing a book. I just ignore it. I rolled on a pvp server and first thing i heard was some guy say that he brushes his teeth with crap No matter how you slice it, its WoW, and some wierd shit goes on all over.
don't fret, i'm only teasing about having a main on an rp server. i do want to try one of the rppvp servers, buyt theyve always got a huge queue. you're right though, it doesnt matter what type of server, people are weird. for anyone who has never rolled horde, do so, and check out the barrens general chat
Oh oh, I am actually considering rolling up a Shammy tonight though. Or druid. Horde too (obviously for shaman). I'll probably do it on Daggerspine, just because part of the fun with Horde would be going out and messing with Aliance. I hear the Horde's shaman is fun to play. And Pally's are constantly talking about how blizz should nerf it so, incase that ever did happen, i want to try it first. Any other PVP server suggestions. I was thinking about Frostwolf but it was full at 11am... Oh and I did a who all of 60's on Argent Dawn and it maxed out the list at 11am.
Lightning's Blade is a pretty active pvp server. Shammy's are fun early on, but endgame they end up pretty much being a healbot.
Oh man, I dont know what to make then. I like dealing Dmg, so no priest. Hunters are actually boring. Warriors are boring hack fests based on gear. Rouge is tons of fun. But I already have one and dont want another. But still. Its awesome in groups to wait a few seconds for it to aggro something else, garrate it and then get off two quick backstabs. Then just lower its armor with the combo points. Hmm, still messing aroung then. Maybe I'll do mage. I just want to do some dmg damnit.
they fixed the population problems on frostwolf. there's never a que and it's not too crowded. it's good a good pvp realm (though i didn't get my char on daggerspine high enough to really experience teh community). if you do end up rolling on FW shoot me a /t on Opaiman. maybe try a warlock? i hear they can be a lot of fun that's a funny combination for a rogue. in higher instances you'd get yelled for stacking all those status effects on mobs.
It just makes sense to me though. DOT, Two High Dmg Strikes, and Lower his armor for the last lot of health, because the dmg combo skills dont do much dmg. What should I be doing?
depends on your spec. what you're doing is ok if you're soloing/farming, but in an instance situation you should be doing direct damage. if you are a dagger rogue, which i assume you are since you use bs, start off with an ambush (you should be speced for that too) follow with backstabs and either cheap shot or eviscerate if you have cold blood up. something a long those lines. what you're dong works on the trash mobs, but on bosses in the higher lvl instances and all mobs in molten core/black wing lair your dots and reduce armor will bump off high dmg dots put by warlocks or aggro holding status effects by warriors.
