My Xbox 360 is still barely being used. I have a PS2 somewhere in a box. I'm just wondering if anyone's got a Wii, PS3, or Xbox 360 that sits there idle for days/weeks/months at a time.
I have a 360, ps3(40gb), ps2, and a psp. Still using each on a daily basis, the ps2 would be cut if it wasn't for the fact that the 40 GB PS3 isn't backwards compatible with th PS2 games.
so far it's my 7900 GT that collected dust the entire year. But now, I play Tabula Rasa or Hellgate from time to time
I hardly play any games because I'm just too damn busy. I hadn't used my PS2 for months, so I sold it to my little bro. I have a N64 that I got for free from my sister-in-law, but I don't use it (might turn around and sell it too), I bought a DS for my wife awhile back, but it just gathers dust right now, and my PC...I downloaded guitar hero III, but trying to play a game like that without the guitar just isn't the same. I have a copy of Diablo II (plus LoD) that I can probably play on my notebook when I'm out of town.
I bought my PS3 because there was a deal if I got a Sony Credit card. I'm just waiting for something to come out that's worth a purchase and not just a rent.
Wii. There's nothing appealing on it yet. My GF just finished Elebits, that was fun. I don't play it though.
Wii and PS2 are both gathering dust. Ever since upgrading my computer and being able to play newer games I haven't really touched 'em.
at this point, I only have a PSP and a PC (mainly WoW). I just sold my PS2 and Gamecube. I miss them but need the money and don't have time to play anyways. I have an NES and Sega Genesis w/32x at my parents house. I want a PS3 pretty bad but won't be getting it any time soon.
I own a PS3 but no PS3 games...it's just a Blu-Ray player to me. Atleast until some good exclusives come out.
Looking at your 360 recently played, I think you'll like Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. Definitely a must-try for PS3 owners that like action. Took me about 9 or so hours to complete on hard, so maybe rent it.
I have a ps3, wii, 360 and a bunch of handhelds. I haven't even charged up my PSP to play in almost 2 years. Out of the consoles the wii gets the least amount of play. I just don't find too many compelling pieces of software on it. PS3 is almost exclusively used for media right now. I play my 360 all the time and I play my DS almost every day.
I had barely touched my PSP for almost a year until FFT was released. I also picked up Lego Star Wars and installed custom firmware on it. It's like a new system to me, I've been playing it nonstop. Running ISO versions of your UMD games is a million times better, no more 5 minute loads and that grinding noise the UMD drive makes.
I'd say my xbox (original) is the one gathering dust, mainly because my front end for it is messed up (so I can't play back ups or emulators). The ps2 used to be the leased used system for me until my wife got guitar hero and rock band. Before that I never played it once and I had it since it first came out My psp gets use daily and my gba gets use every once in a while.
My NES gets just as much playtime as my Wii. Couple times a week. Haven't played PC games since that 2 year Guildwars marathon. My SNES has been sitting for some months now untouched.
I haven't touched my Wii since two or so weeks after Galaxy came out. I haven't touched my PS2 in a while. I play 360 almost every day... No ps3 and all the older systems obviously never get touched
Well, I just bought Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles with the Wii Zapper. It's pretty bad-ass and worthy purchase, so the Wii is getting some play now.
I gotta modchipped PSX in my closet, along with a PSOne that used to be my mom's. If I use my PC for games, it's for old stuff. I use my PS2 for all my gaming needs. I'll probably wait until Sony launches a smaller, cooler running SKU before I jump on the PS3 bandwagon, but I'll keep my PS2 for BC.
I started a Resident Evil 4 file on the Gamecube recently when all the news about it being rereleased on the wii with use of the Wii Zapper. I haven't played it too much since I heard, I think I'm waiting on it.
My Playstation (original pre-PSOne version dinosaur) sees months between times I replay FFVIII. The only other gaming system I had besides my trusty PC, was an old old Mattel Intellivision, which I tossed out a few years ago anyway, after finding it taking up space in a closet...
