Where should I put my money?

    Here's the situation:

    Current car = the blue one, motor is wearing out, but still runs great, no major issues.

    The white one = piece of shit, gaping rust holes in the worst places, but the motor is strong, pan is good.

    Here are my options:

    Make the white one into a kit car: One of These (site may be down). Either a mini-Hummer or a Porsche replica. Will cost anywhere from $6k to $10k

    OR

    Trick out the blue bug, 1915cc motor with turbo, plus a whale tail for ├╝ber cooling. Probably disc brakes and a nice set of wheels too. Will cost around $5k-$7k. Then part out and sell the white one, or make a cheapo $1000 dune buggy.

    Thoughts/Opinions?

    oh man i really like that porsche thing its uber pimp. but i'd go with makin the blue bug fast and then make the cheapo white one into a dune buggy

    Oh man I want the tax return to come so my dad can get a new engine for his bug.

    But yeah, deffinatley new engine.
