I just use my company phone. Most grandmothers have better phones than this one. It's so bad it cost $19.99 retail with no rebates

Samsung BlackJack, but I'm moving to Sprint because I'm sick of AT&T! I plan to get a Samsung Moment which should get Android 2.1 sometime this year.

For me, it's the iphone 3G. I love it, so I'll keep it for a while. I have a contract anyways (about 2 years left)

I was considering it until I discovered the hardware isn't up to snuff to run Android smoothly. Most complaints revolve around the GUI's general sluggishness. That's why I decided that my next phone will be the Samsung Moment. HTC is supposedly coming out with a new model to replace the original Hero (Hero 2?), though. If you don't mind waiting....

They are fixed. Have been for some time now.

There is an issue with hand placement and weak 3g signals. If you cup the bottom back of the phone near the metal it can drown out the 3g signals if they are already weak. But if you are in an area with good saturation, it doesn't matter how you hold it. I usually only get bad signals inside, but then I usually have wifi. I also live in a smaller city.

Before my current phone I used the same nokia for 5 years. It was a good phone, I couldn't let it go plus I was super cheap.

I just use my phone as a phone, I'm not really interested in anything else, nor do I want to pay any more a month than I already am ;)

Yeh that's what I don't get...why do you people feel it's necessary to use your phone for everything....phone, text, camera, internet, lie detector, homing device...what the hell guys a phone is a phone you got all that other shit too, just not on your phone but now you need doubles of it?
