    Givers' new album New Kingdom is out this Friday, the13th: http://giversband.com/

    The new singles are promising. The first one is more electric than their first album, the second one sounds more familiar. Tiffany Lamson still sounds friggin' awesome. This is the long-awaited follow-up to their well-received first album, In Light. I saw them at a super-small venue, the Riot Room, in the Westport district of KC back in August 2012.

    The "hits" off the first album were "Up, up, up." and "Meantime."
