What if you need to travel to a trailer park, or the deep south? This is the answer for all three:

What a God damn waste. I'd love to have that car on regular wheels.

That's not a black person ride. That's a redneck ride.

that's awesome! I have seen a few "redneck rides" in my days... I've seen Camaro 4x4's, Cadillac 4x4's, and even a few Oldsmobile Cutlass 4x4's. I love the enginuity (sp) of it all!

I took those photos yesterday at a car museum North of Chicago. They had the original 1960s Batmobile among others, but the 4x4 Delorian really stood out as a "WTF?".

Are you talking about the GT40 or the Delorean? You do know that Deloreans are giant pieces of crap, right?

Deloreans might have been unreliable and underpowered, but the cool factor alone would make for a nice car to cruise around in.

I wonder what the going rate is for them nowadays?

$10,000 for a running Delorean with 87,000 miles? Jesus, that is fucking cheap! I wish I had the cash. I wonder how hard it is to get parts? That would be a great cruise-in car.

    deloreans are making a comeback..

as far as that hideous 4x4 delorean.. what a fuckin shame, whoever did that needs to kill themself two times!

and the starting bid of 10k is pretty cheap.

has anyone seen the gta bttf mod?

They had die-cast models at the car museum, because they actually had one of the Deloreans from the movie inside. Or at least a reproduction. They did have the original 1960s Batmobile, one of the Night Rider cars, one of the Dukes of Hazzard cars, several Herbie Fully Loaded cars, a Porsche from Miami Vice, and more. It was a damn good museum.
