There's actually quite a few games out that do this. Some do the immortal boss thing, others remove a super vital platform or object needed at the very end of the game, and what not. Definitely way better than Ubisoft's DRM that requires constant internet connection. (Which looks like Diablo 3 may have, fucking Blizzavision.)
I don't get it. How is an immortal boss DRM? I kept expecting a pop-up saying, "To kill this boss and finish the game, please re-enter your Game Key."
