This movie was another childhood classic where "those certain" scenes just stay with you forever. Another movie title that is hard to remember as well.

Dont watch this while you eat, you'll be pretty disgusted especially at the cow scene somewhere near the end..

Wil wheaton, LMAO, i tottally forgot he was in this... is def in the movie.
A must see for a horror flick, kind of on the same line as The Gate
Also its an HP lovecraft adaption? i think.. for those lovecraft fans..

I tell you a movie that haunted me, it was Event Horizon with Sam Neil and Lawrence Fishburne. The scene where they are playing back the ship's logs and the crew are devouring and vomiting each other's flesh gave me nightmares...

MSP I'm with you on that one. Even Horizon is THE scarriest movie I've ever seen, and I've watched a TON of horror flicks.

Another one that scared me, probably because I was high every time I watched it, was John Carpenter's Prince of Darkness. It was flawed, but some of the scenes were chilling. Like the one where the homeless guy is standing outside the mission warning them and then his body disintegrates and is devoured by roaches. CREEPY!

I don't think I have seen The Curse, but now I'll try to get my hands on it. I'm a big horror fan.

MSP, Event Horizon was one of the best. I've seen it many times, but I think the scariest scene for me had to be when Sam Neil was crawling (quite claustrophobic) around looking for a fried computer chip and hes all alone after twisting and turning around all those corners, the light flickers and his dead (?) wife is kneeling in front of him and I think her eyes were absent.

With horror movies, I believe there are two ways to watch them. First of all, the most important thing is to not criticize them on how unrealistic or fictional they are. You can either watch them alone or with people (obviously). But I feel like you can never fully enjoy that which is horror unless you're watching it alone. This is why I can't fully enjoy a horror movie when I go to the movies and there are a lot of other people or even when I sit down with some friends.
