Yeah the time goes really quickly, it needs to be fast with each step of SS or there will be inevitable delays. I think a lot of people do their shopping online which compounds the shipping delays as well.

looking up past SS threads can help give you an idea, if you are stumped. I know I didn't post many interests on mind, because I kind of want to be surprised. (plus all music/games/movies are available...) I've loved what I've recieved in the past, but I've also seen some people get some really nifty stuff. That's what I'm hopin for this year. (lol just no porn or drugs, or gags lol)
Whoops, I realized I didn't put anything in here. I'm open to pretty much anything, but NO gag gifts. I do a lot of dirt bike racing, riding mountain bikes, some rocketry stuff. I'm into electronics. R/C items are always fun. I camp most of the time that I race as well, so camping/outdoor supplies are neat as well. In general, I'll be happy with pretty much anything.
I think that depends how long it takes to reach the person you're sending it to. Perhaps in your case (since you're in Canada and sometimes it takes longer to ship to different countries) I would give myself a few weeks (depending on how you're shipping it). That would be my guess.
