Since when do Jettas cost 30gs? For that much, a G35 or 350z, or WRX or Evo would be a better choice...

Yeah, working on 11s for the Lightning, high 12s for the Volvo. Although the Lightning and the Acura have a strong chance of being traded for an E60 M5 once they become available.

That video is a waste of time. Two ricers (classic ricer rolling start) revving their engines for about 5 seconds then it cuts out?

    Thanks for wasting my time.

You saw the description and the thread, so I'd say you wasted your own time.

What he means is the video is only 17 seconds long, and doesn't show him slamming on the brakes.

    Your car tuned yet? :p

and whats with all the 1.8T guys running CAI's? whats the point? I can understand on a N/A VR6, but the air's going to an extremely hot turbo, there's going to be no difference in the end, you might aswell run a short ram, save some money and not have to worry about hydrolocking your engine.

car won't be tuned for a week and a half or so. i'm a nigger, i'm selling my rims to my rich friend with a GTI for $800 plus his 17's.

and the only reason 20VT guys run CAI's is for the sound.

figured as much, but I can't justify spending the money and extra risk just so you can sound like you have a BOV :p embrace the DV and its greatness, porche know what there doing :)

as for the wheels. *gasp* NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO not the RC’s, there so pretty and light… and forged :(

wait it out a couple more weeks and keep the wheels, its totaly worth it!!
