I have a few questions too. Our government is too opaque.....why?

I dunno. I've always had mixed feelings about 9/11. It would be nice if there was a thorough investigation, if only to put everybody at ease. If that's even possible. I'm sure some people would still refuse to accept the findings.

The guy has me thinking in the first few vids about the whole Pentagon issue but the whole "pod mounted under the plane" thing is just fundamentally wrong as it seems to be a shadow of the right (starboard) engine (if you look at the building you can see the right side (shown) of the building is getting direct sunlight whereas the side of impact is in a shadowed area). Also the whole "pull it" thing is just semantics. I assume he meant pull the EMS guys (police, FF, Paramedics, etc) out of there. I dunno about Building 7 collapsing before both towers... I've never seen footage of that. That makes me think a bit...

This is the gayest shit I have ever seen.

Did all these people go to the same school as Glen Beck? The guy in the above video loves jumping to conclusions.

When I visited the Pentagon last week the one thing that struck me as extremely odd was the complete lack of cameras. In fact the only cameras I saw when I toured the pentagon was in the entrance, other than that there were no other cameras in the building. I asked the tour guide about the lack of cameras and he said all the security is in the doors to each room which looks like they all had a safe type keypad to them.

That fact alone is a big enough clue that the guy above has no idea what he is talking about and speaking to some pretty big assumptions. We all know what happens when you assume;)

So I have my own views on this. Just wanted to hear what you all had to say.
I personally believe the whole conspiracy thing is pure lack of education in physics regarding structural failure, pneumtics and sound waves/pressure levels.

The fact that people heard 2 explosions upon the impact of a 767 on the tower in by far not surprising to say the least.

The claim about the Pentagon which had me thinking earlier, i'm still not 100% on to be honest. Although an airliner weiging in at over 250,000 lbs flying at 500 mph is not gonna leave much of a debris field going through super-dense rebar reinforced concrete. The concrete pretty much vaporizes and whats left is a 3"x3" mesh strainer to annihilate anything coming through at that speed/weight/inertia.

    Charlie Sheen is a dumbass.

Torx is correct. I believe there a congresional movement to expand the president's powers over the internet:
    http://www.nowpublic.com/culture/presidential-powers-expand-over-internet-emergency
    the bill:
    http://www.thomas.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c111:S.773:

This would be a rather handy tool for the guv'ment in the event of people raising too much ruckus about
the mess our congress has gotten us into. Now wouldn't it? There is the potential to plunge the general public into the dark ages, thus making the controls alot easier for washington to manage. Get on your representatives about this shit.

frankly, i don't see anything wrong with what charlie sheen is saying...but he isn't exactly the best spokesman to try and find answers about stuff.

i don't disagree with that as his personal life is crazy but i that doesn't mean that what he is saying here and wanting answers about 9/11 is crazy.

here's the answer ...too many people watch too many goddamned movies and think the way explosions, and a building fall like what they see on film is the way it works in real life. If these people would pull their heads out of their asses for just a second, to actually learn something about how that pesky little guy we call physics and his buddy gravity work...they might just walk away with something in their heads other than a lot of bullshit.

You would think that after seeing the damage done in Oklahoma city with a stationary u-haul truck full of fertilizer that people would realize that when TWO planes loaded with jet fuel, (which I hear is highly combustible) hit a building 110 stories high....it's gonna fuck it up just a little....but nah..that's impossible.

Yes, I think he's absolutely batshit crazy about the 9/11 thing. Planes full of a flammable liquid crashed into the towers, the heat from those flames weakened the structures, and they fell. End of story. And to spend any time and money investigating anything other than that is a complete waste of resources. And the whole "a plane didn't hit the pentagon, a missile did..." thing is bullshit too. There's simply nothing to investgate. Even the Big Foot and Loch Ness people think this is crazy.

the loose change guys versus popular science debate was awesome. stupid kids.

as soon as i saw infowars and prisonplanet i stopped watching. alex jones is a pain in my ass. I have to hear all his bullshit since he lives here. GYAAARUGH
his latest kick is that the airport "millimeter wave scanners" are used to build a biometric profile of you, and they are putting up cameras that will use that profile to track everywhere you go (like out in public)
there was also another time that he claimed the infrared recievers on cable boxes are actually miniature cameras and the cable companies are controlled by the government

alright well, everyone can have their opinions of course. i wouldn't say it's a end of story thing at all. and i'm not on the opposite side of the spectrum and crazy like alex jones (although some of his thoughts i agree with but most i do not). but just like sex and religion, we will never come to an answer about politics either.

The problem with your argument is that you assume that jet fuel is highly flamable. Jet fuel like a lot of other fuels become highly flamable when they are in fine mist particles and even still, jet fuel has a higher flash point than that of gasoline (some where around the 400f mark).

That little bit of data throws off your whole argument.

They did a whole special on the National Geographic channel debunking all of the conspiracy theories and the then showed the results to a bunch of more notable conspiracy theorists and they had no scientific retort whatsoever. Just a bunch of filibustering about who was connected to whom and what their motives might be, it was sad.

That was easily the worst show I've ever seen. So what if the test used thermite? The people who blew up the buildings obviously had super-duper thermite planted by ninjas.

Whaaaaa? Do you mean the autoignition point? Wiki shows this:
    Flash point: 38 °C (100.4 °F)
    Autoignition temperature: 210 °C (410 °F)

Okay so....I've heard people say that it could be explosives they use to demolish buildings, that were used to take the towers down. Because of the fact that they fell in a pancake sort of way instead of being crashed into and pushed over...
I don't think that even a plane would be able to push a building like that, straight over...but I'd think they would have at least leaned a little bit instead of straight down....There were fire fighters or people working in the basements that heard explosions coming from down there....didn't the plane hit like pretty close to the top floors? How could someone hear explosions that clearly if they were coming from 110 floors up?
I've never looked thoroughly into this so I haven't really sided on anything but I do hate the government and they are capable of destruction....sooo I lean more to that side.
I will, however, say that Charlie Sheen's got pretty eyebrows.
