Been playing Final Fantasy XIII. Totally amazing once you get the paradigm system figured out. I love it. About 13 hours in.

I'm playing Oblivion again, Worms World Party, and Herzog Zwei on Genesis emulator.

14.95 euros or roughly $20.52, plus any foreign transaction fees. It's still in Beta so there are still bugs and occasionally the game can crash, destroying all saved data on your world. When it goes live it'll be 20 euros, so you save 25% right now.

I'm playing what I've always played: DoD classic and CS:S, mostly just to hang out with the folks that have been playing there for so long. I'm also losing hours of my life playing Item Shop manager in Recettear! Having fun in "endless mode" after having paid off that loan-shark fairy!

I unwrapped God of War III a couple of days ago and put about an hour into it. It's an okay game but...it's single-player dynasty warriors on crack. So I don't know how long it will hold my attention.

Other than that...Mario games with the kids on the Wii (New Super Mario Bros, MarioKart Wii, Mario Party 8).

Only game I've been playing is Minecraft. It's like playing Runescape with Legos. I have a hacked version that I just play offline, but I might buy it soon because it's that fun. I can't imagine playing it with a zillion other people. I'm just worried about the lag, it just about runs on the second-lowest graphic setting on my Macbook and the lowest graphic setting is comprable to walking around in a blizzard (zero distance rendering).

Not bad, I might pull the trigger. I've played around with the free version, seems pretty neat.

The paid version is so much better than the free one. You have to actually collect all the blocks you want to use, you don't just have an infinite number. Plus there's zombies, exploding mobs, spiders, and skeleton archers at night so you have to take shelter. Makes the beginning of the game much more interesting and makes travel more interesting. I'm having a hard time staying focused on what I want to do. I built a huge wall at the top of a mountain right over an archway to build a castle, flattened out the top and paved it, but now I'm distracted in a huge cave system underneath my castle, strip-mining everything.

I think once I build my castle I may start a new game and just explore until I find a badass place to do something else with.

Yeah, I had been using a hacked beta version for a while so I decided to buck up and just buy the game. No new features to me, but Beta >>>>> Classic. Not even the same game really. You can't do much but sandbox in the Classic version.

Online play is kinda weird; no centralized server, but there are some big city servers that are rather impressive. You've gotta join their community in order to get "whitelisted" on some of those servers. I haven't really dug too deep on that yet, don't really care. I've been dicking around trying to get as much diamond as I can, I even made a portal to the Nether after obsidian-farming. Next goal is making dynamite to blow fucking craters in the ocean.

I'd recommend buying it, it's like Runescape-meets-LEGO, but in a totally smart and unique way. You can build full-on circuits for fuck's sake!
