pirillo's recording looks unjustified, like he has QVGA settings

    one word. firmware/software upgrade.

    iphone 4 - 720p @ 30fps, high bitrate encoding.
    evo - 720p @20fps, low compressed encoding.

    we'll get OURS soon enough.

also, once we get our 30+fps unlock on 002 hardware devices, recording in 720p will be in even better quality. only hardware 003 with epson displays can be unlocked right now. hackers still at work.

I wont dissagree, i believe the iphone has better camera hardware than the evo... but the EVO needs software update to get the full capability to compete with the iphone

Good decision, Scrubs. I think now would be a good time to wait for the new crop of Android phones to come out.

I've only had Sprint for a few months, but the signal is more powerful and the voice quality is better. This may be due to the phone itself, though. The cheaper price is also nice.

    best fucking phone ever.

the latest ota has been rooted so i can now flash custom roms.. but im waiting until a good froyo rom pops up that fixes the fps and low compression hd recording issues.

Sweet looking phone, although I'm not willing to switch to sprint. US cellular is finally coming out with some android phones, the HTC desire in a month, I'm going to pick that one up as soon as it comes out.
