Planetside 2 comes out tomorrow/tonight. Anyone going to pick it up? It's free.

I beta tested it a bit and it's pretty damn cool. There were plenty of bugs, which was to be expected from such an ambitious projects' beta... but still very fun. They have a free to play but pay to unlock things quicker and to get custom skins. I'm very excited to see how this model plays out for them and will be playing it a lot over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Hmmm..I liked the initial planetside, but more than willing to give the second one a try...for free.

i've NEVER had a good experience with free MMOFPS games.... but i may look at this, it at least looks entertaining, rather than frustrating.

I got all excited after watching the trailer and then realized my PC doesn't even meet the minimum system requirements. Guess I want some Newegg gift cards this Christmas.

Played it for a couple hours today. Very fun when you're in the mix of things. It can be a bit slow to get into action sometimes but that's expected with the huge scale of this game. I was in a battle to capture a base where there had to be around 150 people on each side. Took about 45 minutes to overrun the base. It was pretty awesome.

Yeah I have a 1st gen i7, gtx 560 ti and 8gigs of ram and it only runs smoothly on medium settings.
